What is Ortolan Connect Executive?

Ortolan Connect Executive is our fixed fee recruitment service, helping businesses to recruit senior-management and director level roles. It is a myth that every senior role requires the use of an expensive executive search agency.

A traditional agency is likely to charge you 20% or more of a new executive’s salary as their fee. For example, a £20,000 fee for a £100,000 salary. It is not uncommon for an executive search firm to charge up to 33% of the annual package plus the cost of advertising.

With Ortolan Connect Executive, you pay a fixed fee of £1,200. Our clients include FTSE-listed companies, professional bodies and corporate enterprises.

Create the job advert

We will take the time to understand your business and the specialist executive skills you are seeking. Working closely with you, we will help to draft an online job advert.

Source candidates

Your advert will be posted on a range of appropriate online channels. We can use specialist sites if required, depending on the type of role. We buy job credits in bulk, passing the savings on to our clients. We will also conduct a comprehensive search of the UK’s largest candidate databases, giving us access to CVs.

Review applicants

We read every CV in detail and only send you those that match your requirements. All applications will be reviewed by a senior consultant with extensive personal executive management experience.

Interview and hire

You choose who you want to interview from the CVs that we send to you.
