At Pharmanovia, we're on a mission to improve lives and make healthcare better for everyone. We're looking for an agile, proactive, and committed Senior Accounts Payable / Receivable Executive to join our dynamic finance team in Mumbai.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end invoice processing and remediation
• Handle supplier & customer reconciliations with precision
• Manage timely payments and customer receipts
• Collaborate across teams - Finance, Procurement, Operations
• Contribute to exciting finance transformation projects

About You:

You're a self-starter with a strong foundation in AP/AR, preferably in a pharma, retail, or manufacturing environment. You also bring:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
• Proven experience in AP/AR operations (multinational experience a plus)
• Proficiency in SAP, VIM & advanced Excel
• A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Experience in finance transformation projects (bonus!)
