About the role:

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will take ownership of the Flanders region as Key Account Manager, driving market share and revenue growth across your assigned product portfolio. You'll lead strategic engagement with hospital decision-making units, build strong and lasting partnerships, and position the portfolio with clarity and impact. With a sharp eye on market dynamics and a strong commercial focus, you'll play a key role in delivering the revenue targets and shaping success in a highly competitive healthcare environment.

Main responsibilities & duties:

  • Relationship management: independently mapping, expanding and maintaining contacts with all relevant stakeholders;
  • Provide advice and service to customers: give information and presentations to customers or undertake other activities to show the added value of the product;
  • Deduct and translate scientific data in easy understandable core messages;
  • Carry out and proactively propose (marketing) activities that promote sales and the organisation as a whole;
  • Understanding, monitoring and reporting of relevant market developments to grow or protect the business;
  • Represent the organisation at (inter)national congresses and symposia;
  • Realisation of turnover budgets.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree (life sciences discipline is desirable)
  • Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: CNS/Pain, oncology, haematology, cardiology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, auto-immune disease
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and persuasively
  • Commercial mindset
  • Strong personality, passionate, pro-active and a real team player
  • Fluent communication skills and excellent speaking and writing skills in Dutch and French.
  • Good knowledge of English
